Compact Substations
Ankasim Elektrik offers compact substation solutions for distribution and transformer centers which are delivered ready for installation in the field.
Sheet Metal Kiosks:
Sheet metal kiosks are manufactured from ready-made galvanized sheets in 2-3 mm thickness. Kiosks are painted with electrostatic powder paint system using epoxy-polyester based paints. Welding is not used in the manufacture of the kiosks.
Special type sheet metal cabinets, largely used in our foreign projects, are manufactured from ready-made dipped galvanized sheet metal in required dimensions. Sheet metal kiosks consist of five sections. These sections can be designed as one or a combination of several.
- Medium Voltage Section: It can be designed with fuse, RMU or Metal Enclosed cubicles.
- Transformer Section: It can be designed depending on the transformer types.
- Low Voltage Section: It is the section where the requested low voltage panels are located.
When different applications are requested, different sizes of productions can be manufactured in which devices such as double transformers, generators and UPS can be mounted.
Concrete Kiosks:
The kiosks produced in accordance with the related specifications and standards are environmentally friendly products with their safe, aesthetic appearance and optional different color options.

Inverter Kiosks:
Concrete inverter kiosks are manufactured in accordance with IEC 62271-202 standards and TEDAŞ MYD specifications. It is a compact turnkey solution designed for large-scale solar energy generation. It houses all the equipment needed to connect central converters to a fast medium voltage station.
Door, louver, ventilation, chimney and layout plans of concrete inverter kiosks are manufactured in accordance with the design of the products of inverter manufacturers and suppliers.
