AMH Series Metal-Enclosed Modular Switchgears

AMH Series Metal-Enclosed Modular Switchgears are manufactured to meet the needs of medium voltage distribution systems up to 36kV, in accordance with international production and quality standards.

AMH Series Medium Voltage Switchgears are manufactured as suitable for indoor use (internal type, IP3x) and are LSC2A-PM according to Loss of Service Continuity class. Cubicles consist of five main sections.

  1. Main Busbar Section: It is located at the top of the cubicle. It is the section where busbars of cubicles lined up side by side are connected.
  2. Switching Section: It is the section where rotary disconnector, load break switch, SF6 gas or vacuum disconnector are located depending on the cubicle type.
  3. Cable/Busbar Connection and Device Section: It is the section where M.V cables are connected. Circuit components such as circuit breaker, current transformers, voltage transformers, grounding disconnector, M.V capacitive voltage dividers, surge arresters are located in this section depending on the cubicle type.
  4. Section of Operating Mechanisms: It is located in the front of the cubicles. Operating mechanisms and interlocks of the breaker, rotary disconnector, load disconnector, gas disconnector, ground disconnector equipment are located in this part depending on the cubicle type.
  5. Low Voltage Section: It is the section where the signal lamps, buttons, protection relays, auxiliary relays, measuring instruments and their auxiliary equipments are used depending on the cubicle type.

Cubicle carcasses are manufactured from 2mm ready-dip galvanized and 3mm electro-galvanized sheets and the painted sections are manufactured from 2mm DKP sheets, without using welding.

Sheet metal parts visible from the front are painted with polyester-based electrostatic powder paint. Other metal parts used in cubicle manufacturing are electro-galvanized coated.
